Lions Foundation of Greenwich

Contributions to the Lions Foundation help fund charitable projects in Greenwich and eye research on the state and national level in areas such as glaucoma and macular degeneration.
We are dedicated to meeting our community’s needs. We serve the blind and visually impaired through contributions to:
The Lions Low Vision Center at Greenwich Hospital, which offers nonprescription devices and low vision rehabilitation to assist people with low vision in daily living activities.
Voluntary Services for the Blind of Fairfield County, which provides visually impaired residents of Fairfield County with volunteers who perform basic services such as reading, driving,
shopping and clerical assistance.
The Hardy Finch Large Print Library at Greenwich Library, which provides books for adults and children with low vision.
The Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, which breeds, trains, and places German shepherds across the United States and into Canada.
